天津市开启桥的修复与加固技术研究

摘    要:介绍了天津市海河综合开发工程桥梁建设中对金汤桥和解放桥这两座百年开启桥进行修复加固的情况。针对开启桥构件严重锈蚀、开启系统失去作用的情况,采用了铆接新工艺、除锈防锈工艺进行修复加固;深入研究了开启系统的工作原理,不仅恢复了开启系统的功能,而且进行了有效的改进。这一工程实践有重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract:Introduced hereby is the works to repair and strengthen Jintang Bridge and Jiefang Bridge, the two movable bridges over a hundred years old, in the bridge construction, as part of the comprehensive development project of Hai River, Tianjin. To solve the problem of severe corrosion and disfunction of the moving system, new workmanship is adopted for riveting, rust removal and corrosion resistance. With detailed study on the mechanism of the moving system, the old moving system is not only refunctioned but also improved efficiently, which is of high value for reference in practical engineering.
