胶封技术在异类金属联接结构中的应用

摘    要:阐述了电偶腐蚀的基本原理。针对工程结构中异类金属之间联接导致的低电位金属的电偶腐蚀现象,根据电偶腐蚀的原理,提出了应用胶封技术对低电位金属进行防腐的方法,即在相接触的两种金属之间设置胶封,使二者不能直接接触而形成腐蚀原电池,从而防止低电位金属发生电偶腐蚀。应用胶封技术对某矿钢铝混合结构罐笼主要承力铝构件进行了防腐处理,取得了明显的防腐效果。

Abstract:The basic principle in corrosion of electronic couples was expanded.Focusing on phenomenon of the corrosion that causes in low potential metal because of different metals' connection in engineering structures and on the basis of the principle of corrosion of electronic couples,anti-corrosion method of low potential metal was put forward by applying glue seal technology,i.e.setting glue sealing between two kinds of metals that contact each other,making them not to contact and form the primary cell and preventing the corrosion of the low potential metal.The technology was applied to corrosion prevention of main force loading aluminum member on cage of aluminum-steel structure in a coal mining and a definite effect was attained.
