摘    要:首钢特钢冷轧厂6H3C冷轧单机架是目前世界上第一台采用中间辊交叉设计思想的轧机。在轧制过程中,中间辊交叉带来极大的轴向力。基于首钢特钢6H3C轧机,采用影响函数法建立轧辊的弹性变形解析模型,分析了交叉角对于辊间压力分布、横向厚度分布以及轴向力的影响规律,解释了过大交叉角产生轴向力无法正常使用的原因,同时也为后续的板形控制手段优化提供理论依据。
