国际化经验传承培训模式的构建与应用

摘    要:对国际化经验传承的关注与推动,是企业建设世界一流的重要举措,是人才强企的必然诉求,也是培训创新发展的未来趋势。本文基于大量培训实践,构建了国际化经验传承培训模式,阐释了模式的内涵,并围绕"六个关键步骤"和"两种推广途径"分析了模式在企业国际化人才培训中的实践应用及实施效果。

Abstract:Sharing and learning from company’s internal global experiences is a significant measure for building a world-class enterprise,a necessary appeal for its Talent Strategy,and a future trend for training innovation and development.This paper,based on a large amount of training practices,constructs and proposes the Global Experience Learning Mode,analyzes its application in corporate international talents training,and discusses its effects.
