A Technology Solution for Industrial Intelligent Gateway

The basis of intelligent manufacturing is the interconnection of industrial information.Industrial intelligent gateway plays an important role in industrial interconnection.This paper presents a technical solution for industrial intelligent gateways.TI's industrial-grade Sitara processors are used with embedded Linux operating system as the core.Through the coprocessor on the Sitara chip,various industrial protocol are processed.OPC UA is used as an unified interface for information exchange between OT and IT.Modified and cropped MySQL is used as the edge storage database of the intelligent gateway.PHP source code is Modified to be used in embedded environment and Web based management software is developed.Engineering practice proves that the solution is simple and easy to implement,and has broad application prospects.
