摘    要:智能制造的基础是工业信息的互联互通,工业智能网关在工业互联中占有重要的地位。给出一种工业智能网关的技术解决方案:以TI公司工业级Sitara处理器以及嵌入式Linux操作系统为核心,通过Sitara芯片上面的协处理器,完成各种工业协议解析;采用OPC UA统一架构,作为OT和IT之间的信息交互统一接口;通过裁剪修改MySQL源代码,使用MySQL作为智能网关的边缘嵌入式存储数据库;通过精简编译PHP源代码及运行环境,在嵌入式环境中开发基于PHP的Web管理软件。工程实践证明,该解决方案简单易行,具有广阔的应用前景。

A Technology Solution for Industrial Intelligent Gateway
Abstract:The basis of intelligent manufacturing is the interconnection of industrial information.Industrial intelligent gateway plays an important role in industrial interconnection.This paper presents a technical solution for industrial intelligent gateways.TI's industrial-grade Sitara processors are used with embedded Linux operating system as the core.Through the coprocessor on the Sitara chip,various industrial protocol are processed.OPC UA is used as an unified interface for information exchange between OT and IT.Modified and cropped MySQL is used as the edge storage database of the intelligent gateway.PHP source code is Modified to be used in embedded environment and Web based management software is developed.Engineering practice proves that the solution is simple and easy to implement,and has broad application prospects.
