| 摘 要： | 加强企业领导干部职业道德建设是党中央提出的“以德治国”的重要组成部分,也是市场经济条件下对领导干部思想作风建设的新要求,只有加强领导干部职业道德建设,才能带动全民的道德建设向着健康的方向发展,指出企业领导干部职业道德建设的必要性。

Only through intensifying this construction the moral construction of the whole people can develop to health direction.
