| 摘 要： | 建立了连铸小方坯二维传热数学模型及热弹塑应力频力模型，并用工厂 实际数据进行了验证，同时应用该模型分析了影响连铸小方坯热裂纹的因素，提高预防热裂纹产生的措施。

| Abstract: | Two-dimension heat transfer model and thermal elastic-plastic stress model ofconcast billet have been established in this paper, which have been tested with practical data. Thefactors causing thermal fiactures in billets have been analyzed via the models, and the precautionsagainst the occurrence of fortures have been put forward herein. |
