摘 要: | 利用C8051F单片机的高速特点和可编程计数器阵列(PCA)模块,结合适当外围电路完成电荷耦合装置(CCD)的驱动.同时,采用其自带的高速AD转换功能完成CCD的信号采集.实验测试结果表明:该方法稳定可行,且外围电路简单,驱动频率可调,有实际的使用价值.

Abstract: | Taking advantages of high speed characteristic and PCA (Programmable Counter Array) module of C8051F single chip microcomputer,with the charge coupled device (CCD) drive was designed combining appropriate peripheral circuits, CCD signal acquisition was completed by using its own high ~peed AD conversion function. The experimental test result shows that this method is feasible and stable,the external circuit is simple and driving frequency is adjustable,which has practical use value. |
