补汽调节阀技术在百万千瓦全周进汽汽轮机中的应用

摘    要:全周进汽的运行模式可提高百万千瓦超超临界汽轮机的经济性及安全可靠性。环保及节燃料消耗要求进一步提高所有运行工况的效率。本文介绍一种补汽阀技术,即在原两个主调节阀基础上再增加一个附加的补汽调节阀,可提高额定负荷工况的进汽压力,并使机组在没有节流损失条件下具备快速的调频能力。补汽阀是一项提高机组调频灵活性、提高效率和可靠性的成熟技术。本文还详细介绍了补汽阀的特点,提供了补汽阀的经济分析数据。

Abstract:The operation mode with the full admission provides the 1000MW calss ultra-supercritical unit with high efficiency and reliability. Environmental protection and fuel cost reduction are becoming an increasing portion in the power plant designing so as to improve the efficiency under all operation conditions. This paper introduces an overload valve design that offers an additional steam valve based on two main steam control valves to increase inlet steam pressure and efficiency for the rated operation case and fast cycling capability without the throttle stram pressure drop. The overload valve is proven design concept with highly effciency and reliability to improve frequency modulation flexibility of the turbine unit. This paper also provides economic analysis and detailed features of the overload valve.
