罗茨真空泵转子型线的研究

摘    要:采用减小压力角的方法,对传统渐开线转子型线进行改进.根据啮合原理,对转子型线进行参数化设计,并同传统渐开线转子的面积利用系数做出了比较,研究表明,改进后的渐开线转子型线,比在同样结构下的传统型线的面积利用系数有所降低,但其重合度随压力角的减小而增大,提高了转子传动的平稳性,同时提高了转子传动的承载能力,延长了使用寿命,具有一定的应用价值.

Abstract:By adopting the method of reducing the pressure angle, this paper carried out an improvement on the profile of traditional involute rotor.In accordance with the meshing principle,the parameterized design of rotor profile was carried out,and a comparison was made on the area utilization coefficient with the traditional involute rotor.The study made clear that there were drops to some extent on the area utilization coefficient of the improved profile of involute rotor when compared with the traditional profile of the same structure,yet its coincident degree was decreased along with the increase of pressure angle.It raised the stability of rotor transmission and in the mean time raised the bearing capacity of rotor transmission.It prolongs the service life,and possesses certain value of application.
