| 摘 要： | 介绍了圆筒体形压力容器端盖上孔系内表面倒角成型的要求和特点，比较分析了数控加工该类复杂曲面倒角的计算机自动编程和手工宏程序编程优缺点。通过实例阐明了宏程序加工中数模算法确立、宏程序编写、仿真加工至工件加工的全过程，及进行宏程序加工的注意事项，同时也证明了宏程序往复杂曲面加工中的优异性能．
