| 摘 要： | 通过对空调挂机水平风叶的结构和工艺性分析，采用巧妙特殊的分型位置，简化了模具结构，降低了模具成本。经生产验证，模具结构稳定可靠，效果很好，对类似产品的注射模设计具有一定的参考价值。

| Abstract: | By analyzing the structure and the process to horizontal blower fans of hanging air-conditioner, special ingenious parting position is adopted, mold structure is simplified, and mold costs are lowered. Proved by manufacture, this mold structure is stable and reliable, has good effect, and can be referenced by similar products injection mold design. |
