焊接电源中横向磁通感应线圈的研究与设计

摘    要:对高频感应加热电源中的线圈进行了研究与设计.电源加热采用横向磁通感应式,它能有效克服线圈对工件大小、形状等的束缚,尤其适合无磁性材料的加热处理.首先分析了纵向磁通与横向磁通感应加热的区别,在对横向磁通涡流场及温度场分析的基础上,建立了横向磁通感应加热的数学模型.根据实际要求,设计出满足铜排焊接要求的线圈结构,通过试验验证了设计的横向磁通感应线圈在铜排焊接电源应用中的可行性与合理性,从而进一步改进了传统的铜排焊接工艺.

Abstract:A novel supersonic induction heating supply is researched, which is suitable for large-area generatrix brazing. The transverse-flux induction heating is applied in this research and the method used here avoids the astriction of the side and shape of workpiece by coil. According to practical requirement, the paper describes the advantages of TFIH and designs a coil that is suitable for generatrix brazing. The theoretical analysis and experimental results have validated the feasibility and the rationality. It performs very good welding characteristics such as quick, controllable, good qualitative, highly efficient and smaller dimension, and the advantages are actually used in the application of welding.
