| Abstract: | While the non-government colleges are developing rapidly, the conflicts between investors and principals are widespread and have become the severe sticking point to restrict the further development of non-governmental education. The conflicts between investors and principals are essentially the conflicts between education and commerce. They are relative. Once certain conditions are created, it is possible to change and ease up the conflicts. |
