摘    要:为了研究加工误差对微穿孔板吸声性能的影响,该文以微穿孔板理论和电声等效电路原理为基础,建立了考虑加工误差时,微穿孔板吸声的理论模型,数值分析了微孔尺寸成正态分布和平均分布两种形式时,微穿孔板吸声性能的变化情况。研究发现,当存在加工误差时,微穿孔板的吸声峰和吸声带宽都略有减小。

Abstract:In order to study the effect of machining error on the sound absorption properties of micro perforated panel (MPP) absorber, the theoretical model of MPP on considering the effect of machining error is built based on the MPP theory and electro acoustical equivalent circuit principle. The pore size distributions submit to the hypothesis of the normal distribution and average distribution are numerical discussed. Compared with the uniform diameter holes, the sound absorption peak is slightly lower and sound absorption bandwidth is slightly narrower when there are processing errors.
