光声压电技术对材料热扩散率分布成像研究

摘    要:利用光声压电技术研究材料热扩散率分布,开展不均匀材料热扩散率分布成像研究。首先,根据频域光声压电热扩散率检测模型,分析了材料热扩散率成像的基本原理与影响参数;其次,通过采用空间逐点扫描与单点频率扫描相结合的方式,建立了扫描光声压电热扩散率成像系统;最后,对不均匀材料开展热扩散率分布成像测量研究。研究结果表明,基于光声压电检测的热扩散率成像技术可有效测量材料的热扩散率分布。

Abstract:The Photoacoustic Piezoelectric (PAPE) technique is employed to realize imaging of thermal diffusivity distribution of inhomogeneous materials. Firstly, based on the frequency domain PAPE model of the thermal diffusivity determination, the principle and the influencing parameters of the thermal diffusivity imaging are analyzed;Secondly,the PAPE thermal diffusivity imaging system has been set up,in which a modality combining the point by point scan and the single point frequency scan has been adopted;finally,thermal diffusivity imaging study of inhomogeneous materials was carried out.The results show that the PAPE technique can effectively determine the thermal diffusivity distribution of materials.
