发动机非对称配气凸轮型线设计研究

摘    要:研究出摆线-简谐-简谐-摆线非对称凸轮型线,编制了该凸轮型线设计的专用CAD软件。试验证明:该型线达到和超过了本田CG系列发动机配气凸轮型线的特性,应用该型线对摩托车发动机配气凸轮进行设计,不仅可以获得较高的丰满系数和提高输出功率,而且减小了气门的冲击、振动,降低了热机噪声。

Abstract:In this paper, the cam profile of Sine- Cosine- Cosine- Sine was excogitated. Special CAD soft ware which is used in design of this cam profile was compiled. After applying this profile in design of valve - train cam of motorcycle engine, it is proved that this cam profile have same and better characteristics than cam profile of Honda motorcycle CG engine, which can not only maintain a high ample factor and increase output power , but also reduce impact, vibration and noise of engine which is working.
