锌空气电池中锌的回收制备方法

摘    要:在碱性溶液中电解制取锌具有电流效率高、槽压低、能耗低等优点。针对锌空气电池对锌的要求,如纯度、稳定性及一定的缓腐蚀性能,介绍了关于电解温度、电解液浓度、电流密度等因素影响电解锌形貌、性能等的实验方法和结果,得出了适合生产锌空气电池用锌的生产环境。

Abstract:Electrodeposition of zinc from alkaline zincate solutions has the advantages of high current efficiency, low bath voltage and low energy consumption. Based on the requirements of zinc electrode used for zinc-air battery, such as purity, stability and capability of anti-corrosion, the experiments about the influence of temperature, electrolyte concentration and current density on morphology and performance of zinc were introduced. The suitable parameters for producing zinc used for zinc -air battery were obtained.
