| 摘 要： | 风险管理是企业管理的重要内容。通过建立企业风险预警指标体系，利用神经网络方法对企业风险状况进行综合评估，并引用实例说明该方法的实现过程。预测结果表明，神经网络方法建模简单，精度高，对于企业风险等复杂的非线性问题有着很强的逼近与预测能力。

| Abstract: | Operational risk of enterprise was the most important part of management.This paper put forward a series of risk prediction model,including establishing a complete set of indices system.The simulation and practice showed that the BP neural network was an effective and convenient measure to solve the complicate and nonlinear project. |
