蜂窝夹套结构热力性能数值模拟研究

摘    要:现有文献对蜂窝夹套传热性能的研究大多是采用试验或解析方法,给出的传热关系式只能得到估算值,在准确性和应用普遍性上存在欠缺。为此,采用正交设计和因素分析的方法,对具有不同结构参数的蜂窝夹套内部流场进行了数值模拟。模拟结果表明:(1)正方形排列的蜂窝夹套比三角形排列的蜂窝夹套综合传热系数高,因此采取正方形排列方式更可取;(2)蜂窝高度h是蜂窝夹套传热性能和压力降的主要影响因素,参数L/D是第2显著的影响因素,蜂窝锥角α不是重要影响因素。各因素的最佳水平组合为h1,L/D1和α3,此时蜂窝夹套的综合传热性能最好,从模拟的结果看第1号模型的传热性能最好,说明所选出的最优结构基本符合实际情况。

Abstract:The numerical simulation of inner flow field of honeycombed jacket with different result parameters is carried out by means of orthogonal design and factor analysis. The simulation results show that the honeycombed jacket with square arrangement is higher than that with triangle arrangement in comprehensive heat transfer coefficient, therefore, the square arrangement is preferable. Secondly, the honeycomb height h is the main factor affecting the heat transfer behavior and pressure drawdown of honeycombed jacket, and parameter L/D is the second significant affecting factor, but honeycomb cone angle α is not an important factor. The optimal combination of each factor is hl, L/D1 and α3. Under this condition, the comprehensive heat transfer behavior of the honeycombed jacket is the best. The heat transfer behavior of No.1 model is the best from the simulated results, showing that the selected optimal structure is basically in accordance with actual condition.
