摘    要:针对燃煤电站比较了钙基湿法或半干法尾部烟气脱硫工艺方案的耗水量。结论为:水大量消耗于脱硫后烟气携带水蒸汽,随着排烟温度的升高耗水量显著增大;半干法烟气脱硫工艺与带废水回收的湿法烟气脱硫工艺相比,耗水量相当;同湿法烟气脱硫相比,半干法烟气脱硫工艺达不到节水的目的,但是不带废水回收的湿法烟气脱硫耗水量远大于半干法烟气脱硫的耗水量。比较了脱硫系统放于除尘器前和除尘器后两种情况,脱硫系统后置时湿法烟气脱硫耗水量远小于脱硫系统前置时的耗水量。

Abstract:The water consumption between wet and semi-dry FGD processes for coal-fired power plant is compared based on the mass and energy conservation. It is concluded that most of water for both FGD processes is consumed in flue gas carrying; and the water consumption increases remarkably with the exhaust gas temperature rise. Furthermore, the water consumption of the semi-dry process nearly equivalent to the wet one with waste-water recycle, but the amount of water consumed for the wet process without waste water recycle is much more than the semi-dry process. It also presents the estimation of water consumption for the FGD plant up precipitator and for that of down precipitator, the conclusion is that the wet FGD plant down precipitator consumes much less water than that of up precipitator.
