| 摘 要： | 提出基于特征的注射模具型芯型腔自动创建的实现方法。介绍特征技术及特征分型面的确定方法，给出利用分型面切割模具基体获得型芯型腔的关键技术，结合SolidWorks的API达到自动创建的目的。并给出以电话机零件注射模型芯型腔为例的自动创建过程。

| Abstract: | A method of automatic generation of feature-based injection mould core & cavity is put forward. The feature technique and the technique to determine the feature-based parting surface are mainly introduced, the key technology to obtain the mould core & cavity by splitting the mould-base with the parting surface is given, and the automatic generation combining with the API which based on SolidWorks is reached. The automatic generation of the injection mould core & cavity is demonstrated with the telephone part as an example. |
