摘    要:本文阐述了电解电容器的可靠性试验方案和试验过程,并从容量超差、漏电流超值这两方面对筛选出的失效电容进行了机理分析,找到了电解电容器失效是由于产品开路、接触不良、芯子吸附的电解液逐渐干涸这三种情况造成的.

Abstract:This essay detailedly describes the experimental scheme and process of reliability of electrolytic condensers. The author carries on a mechanism analysis on the invalid capacitance, which is screened out, through the over-deviation of capacity and the over-value in leakage of electric current. At last the reasons that make electrolytic condensers invalid are found:open circuit of products, bad contact and the gradual dryness of the electrolyte.
