CdZnS半导体颜料的制备与表征

摘    要:以Cd(AC)2、Zn(AC)2、Na2S等为原料,采用共沉淀法制备CdZnS半导体颜料,详细讨论了反应温度、反应液pH值、保温熟化时间等共沉淀反应参数对CdZnS半导体颜料合成的影响,确定了CdZnS半导体颜料合成的最佳反应参数。最后采用XRD、EDS、SEM等手段对颜料结构、成分、形貌进行表征,测试了CdZnS半导体颜料的粉体电阻率。

Abstract:CdZnS semiconductor pigments were prepared by a co-precipition method reaction with Cd(AC)2, Zn(AC)2, Na2S as reagents. The influences of reaction temperature, pH of the solution and heat preservation time on the synthesis of preeursors were studied and the optimal reaction conditions were obtained. The structure, com- ponent and the surface morphology of the pigments prepared were characterized by X-ray diffraction, energy dispersive spectra and scanning electron microscope. The powder resistivity of the pigments were obtained.
