摘    要:小合成氨厂生产过程中产生的含氨废水来自碳化、精炼、合成三工段。通过采用高效泡罩板塔、浮阀塔 ,严格控制软水用量 ,使产生的废氨水总量小于生产碳酸氢铵所需的稀氨水量 ,达到废氨水的零排放。介绍了各工段主要设备技术改造具体措施。改造后各工艺参数均达到预定指标 ,经济效益良好

Abstract:In the small scale ammonia synthesis, the total amount of ammoniacal waste water which came from carbonation, refinement and synthesis sections was reduced lower than the amount of dilute ammonia solution required for producing ammonium hydrocarbonate by using high efficiency bubble plate tower and valve tower, rigidy controlling the inlet volumn of soft water, so that the zero discharge of ammoniacal waste water could be achieved. The detail measures for technical reform of main equipment were introduced. After the reform, the technical parameters reached the expected targets, and the economic benifit was good.
