| 摘 要： | 在ＭＳ Ｃ／Ｃ＾＋＋７．０集成上环境下成功地开发敢一个完整的焊接金相组织参数自动测量系统。该系统具有完善的功能和友善的人机界面，操作灵活，运行可靠，满足定量金相的要求。可对晶粒，第二相粒子，片状组织和焊缝杂杂物的特征参数进行测量与计算。

| Abstract: | An integrated system measuring automatically the parameters of weld metallurgical structure is developed under the integrated environment of MS C/C 7. 0 in this paper. With perfect functions,a friendly manmachine interface,and the characteristics easy to operate and reliable to run, this system meets the demands of quantitative metallography,and can measure and calculate the feature parameters of grains,second-phase particles,laminated structures and inclusions in the weld, which is of the important significance and practical value for establishing the relationship between performances of welded joints and their microstructure parameters, selecting the suitable process parameters, improving the weld quality and advancing the quantitative welding metallurgy. |
