固化工艺对电动车电池性能的影响

摘    要:通过选用不同合金采用不同固化条件生产出的极板进行容量和深循环寿命比较试验,来确定满足铅钙合金用作电动车电池这一深循环使用寿命特性的固化工艺,并对符合这一固化工艺的其它工序生产工艺及配方作相应的调整说明.

Abstract:By selecting different alloys and adopting different curing conditions to manufacture plates for batteries which are used to carry out the contrast tests of capacity and deep cycling life, we can confirm the curing process to meet deep cycling life characteristics of E-bike batteries, grids of which are made of Pb-Ca alloys, and can adjust correspondingly other processes and formulations which are conformed with this curing process.
