基于知识的起重机械辅助设计系统研究

摘    要:以提高起重机械产品设计的设计经验和设计知识的重用为目的,将通用设计理论与基于知识工程的设计方法应用于产品的设计中。研究了知识工程领域中,知识表达与知识推理相关技术,提出了综合面向对象的设计模型与基于实例的设计技术的产品设计方法,并结合通用设计理论构建数字化设计系统的结构框架。以桥式起重机设计系统的开发实现具体实例的数字化设计,结构表明方法有效可行。

Abstract:The paper describes how the design theory and knowledge - based engineering are applied to the Product design to improve the crane product's design experience and design knowledge. Furthermore, it outlines the related technologies-knowledge representation and knowledge reasoning from the knowledge engineering field and offers a product design method combining the object - oriented design model and case - based design technologies, and how the framework of the digital design system is constructed by means of the general design theory. Finally, development and research of a bridge crane's digital design system is given as an example to prove that this method is practicable.
