摘    要:针对我国部分远离磷矿产地,采用传统工艺生产磷酸二铵的生产装置,由于磷矿采购质量不能满足工艺要求陷于困境的现状,提出采用“酸性料浆浓缩结合传统转鼓氨化造粒干燥工艺生产DAP”的技改方案,并详尽分析了该方案的可行性。

Abstract:With the traditional process of concentrating phosphoric acid for DAP production,the plants located at far from phosphate mines in China are difficult for the poor quality of purchasing phosphate rock.The scheme of concentrating acidified slurry integrated with traditional drum ammoniationgranulation drying process is presented for the technical transformation of DAP production,the feasibility abovementioned scheme is also discussed.
