摘    要:在桥梁结构健康监测应用中,针对桥梁振动振幅小、频率低等特点,提出并实现了基于QF4A512的振动加速度信号测量系统.QF4A512由处理器通过SPI接口控制,对输人的多向模拟加速度信号进行放大、抗混叠、采样以及FIR滤波等处理,并将得到的数据通过SPI接口送至处理器进行存储、传输和显示.对该测量系统的标准振动实验和桥梁现场试验结果表明,该系统能准确检测桥梁振动加速度频率和幅值,测量精度高、灵敏度好,不易受干扰,适用于桥梁结构健康监测应用.

Abstract:In bridge structural health monitoring (SHM), according to the characteristics of low amplitudes and frequencies of vibration, a smart acceleration signal acquisition system based on QF4A512 has been proposed. Controlled by MCU through SPI interface, QF4A512, a 4-channel, signal conditioner with user-selectable sampling rates and programmable digital filters, processes the multi-directional analog acceleration signal. The standard vibration measurements and the experiment on bridge show that both precision and the sensitivity of the system are excellent. The system can be applied to the bridge structural health monitoring.
