重庆新视野·滨河晓月大底盘多塔结构计算模型分析

重庆新视野.滨河晓月三面环水,常年水位较高,大底盘地下室不允许进水,结构不能设缝,结构设计采用大底盘多塔结构。通过本工程多种结构模型的选用及试算,探索出大底盘地下室多塔结构较为安全、合理、高效的计算方法,供工程同行参考。

On Calculating Models of A Large Chassis and Multi-Tower Structure in a New Chongqing Community

This newly-built community project is surrounded by water on three sides and the water level stays high through the year.Due to that the structure could not be set with joints and no water is allowed for a large chassis basement,the design thus adopted a large chassis and multi-tower structure.The computing method for the structure of large chassis basement and multi-tower,is proved to be safe,reasonable and with highly effective,which has been developed via selecting and tentatively calculating in this project’s various structural models.A conclusion is offered in the final part of the paper for designers in this field as a useful reference.
