压力容器设计压力的可靠性探讨

摘    要:国家标准GB 150.1—2011规定的安全阀整定压力为工作压力的1.05~1.10倍,这样虽能保证安全性,但如何保证系统工作的可靠性是个值得探讨的问题。通过分析总结国家标准及国外规范ASME/API中有关安全阀整定压力与回座压力和密封试验压力的关系,认为装有安全阀的压力容器的设计压力应当按相应安全阀标准调整最高工作压力,并给出了相应的计算公式,以保证系统的安全性、可靠性及经济性。

Abstract:The set pressure for safety valve specified by state standard GB 150.1—2011 is 1.051.10 times of the working pressure.This can ensure safety,however,it should be approached how to ensure reliability of system work.Through analysis and summaries of the relationship between the set pressure and return pressure of the safety valve and the pressure in the seal test referred in domestic state standard as well as ASME/API,the author has the opinions that the pressure for pressurized vessel fixed with safety valve shall be designed on basis of the maximum work pressure adjusted as per the corresponding safety valve standard and he also gives corresponding calculation equation to ensure the safety,reliability and economy of the system.
