火电站分散控制系统的升级优化

摘    要:针对分散控制系统性能对机组运行可靠性的影响,结合印度两个工程项目的实践,介绍了PKSR210分散控制系统的功能、配置和运行中存在的不足,以及后一项目中对控制器的升级和软件优化,控制系统更新为Honeywell R310。实践表明:这一措施提高了系统的安全性、可靠性和效率。

Abstract:In view of the great effect of the performance of distributed control system against the operational reliability of the power unit and combined with the 2 projects in India, the deficiency of the function, configuration and operation of PKS R210 DCS system has been described. The upgrading of the controller and the optimization of the software have been carried out in the following project and the control system has been renewed to Honeywell R310. The practice shows that the measures adopted have improved the security, reliability and efficiency of the system.
