沿时间轴航空发动机装配技术状态数据模型及应用

摘    要:为解决航空发动机单机物料、工艺、检验信息随时间变化而引起的装配技术状态管理上的难题,在深入分析了发动机装配技术状态复杂性的基础上提出了一个沿时间轴的航空发动机装配技术状态数据模型。结合该模型,定义了三个基本操作,由基本操作复合运算表达航空发动机单机装配技术状态的改变。通过对每次装配完成时技术状态的记录得到沿时间轴技术状态快照序列。最后,通过实例验证了该模型和方法的可行性。

Abstract:In order to solve problems of aero engine assembly configuration management caused by changes of material, process, check information by time, a configuration data model of aero engine assemhly technology ahmg time axis has been proposed on the basis of deep analysis of complexity of aero engine assembly configuration. According to this model, three basic operations have been defined. The change of assembly technology configuration for aero engine has been expressed by compound arithmetic of basic operations. A series of snapshots ot" configuration along time axis has been obtained by recording configuration at the end of each assembly process. Finally, the feasibility of this model and method has been verified by an instance.
