提高空压机现场压力变送器的可靠性

摘    要:空气流量为30万m3/h的离心空压机,其出口压力变送器和入口压差变送器因为使用环境温度超极限而发生故障,导致空压机卸载。通过改进空压机现场压力变送器安装位置,降低空压机本体对变送器的热辐射影响,使变送器的使用环境温度满足其极限环境温度要求,以降低空压机现场变送器的故障率,提高变送器的可靠性,确保空压机安全运行。介绍变送器安装位置的改进情况及其效果。

Abstract:The trouble of 300000 m3/h of outlet pressure transmitter and inlet differential pressure transmitter of centrifugal air compressor due to environmental temperature exceeding the limit results in unloading of air compressor. Improving the installation position of site pressure transmitter of air compressor and decreasing the impact by thermal radiation of the air compressor body on the transmitter makes the environmental operating temperature meet the requirement of limited environmental temperature, decrease the trouble ratio of air compressor' s site transmitter, improves the reliability of transmitter and ensures safe run of the air compressor. Here, the improvement of transmitter installation position and the effects are described.
