| 摘 要： | 钢铁企业氧气供求不平衡,造成氧气放散率居高不下,能源浪费严重。根据南钢气体公司的实际情况,采取加强生产协调、优化氧气管网供应、应用变负荷技术等措施,既解决了氧气供求矛盾,也实现了降低氧气放散率和节能降耗的目标。分析平衡管网氧气供求关系的优化操作及其效果。

| Abstract: | Unbalance oxygen supply-demand of iron ＆ steel enterprise results in constantly high oxygen releasing rate and serious energy wasting. The measures of intensifying production coordination, optimizing the supply of oxygen pipeline net, and applying load-variable technique taken as per the actual conditions of Nanjing Iron ＆ Steel United Co. , Ltd. , Gas Company solve the contradiction between oxygen supply and demand and lower the oxygen releasing rate and energy consumption.
