摘    要:基于HYSYS软件建立了一个空分系统流程的计算模型,研究氧、氮、氩浓度在精馏塔中的分布情况和精馏塔的参数设置对精馏效果的影响,得出对空分设备精馏系统优化设计可提供一定的指导意义的研究结果。

Abstract:A calculation model of technical process of air separation system is estabhshed on basis of HYSYS software. The distribution of concentration of oxygen, nitrogen, and argon in distillation tower and the impact of the setting of parameters for the distillation tower on the distillation effect is studied, and the result is obtained which may guide the optimized design of distillation system of air separation plant.
