摘 要: | 本文对65Si2MnWA钢散热器扭杆断裂件的化学成分、金相组织及断口进行了分析,表明其断裂的主要原因是表面严重脱碳,降低了材料的耐疲劳性,弯曲处出现突起皱褶,恶化了断裂处结构,在较大的扭力作用下发生了断裂。

Abstract: | This paper analyzed the chemical composition, microstructure and fractography of 65Si2MnWA radiator torsion bar, which showed that the serious surface decarburization was the main cause of the fracture. It caused decrease the fatigue property, ridging in bend and deterioration of fault structure and then radiator torsion bar cracked under Large tarque. |
