聚丙烯装置丙烯精制系统技术改造

摘    要:聚丙烯(PP)装置扩能改造后,丙烯精制系统的原料处理量增加,丙烯精制深度下降,又因受到重油催化裂化装置原料油变化的影响,精制丙烯的砷含量严重超标,使PP装置的生产难以进行。为保证精制丙烯能满足PP装置的生产要求,对丙烯精制系统进行了改造。采用将脱一氧化碳罐改为脱硫罐、将镍系脱氧催化剂改为锰系脱氧催化剂、新增脱砷程序和增加一个脱水罐等措施提高了原丙烯精制系统的脱水、脱硫、脱氧和脱砷的能力。丙烯精制系统改造后,精制丙烯的质量得到提高,PP装置运转正常。同时,还提高了PP产品的质量,减少了丙烯聚合催化剂和活化剂的用量,增加了经济效益。

Abstract:After increasing polypropylene(PP)plant capacity,the former propylene purification installation could not meet requirements of polymerization.In order to remove H_2O,S,O and especially As from the feedstock propylene more efficiently,purification installation was revamped.CO removal column was modified into desulfuration column.Mn catalyst instead of Ni catalyst was used as deoxidizing catalyst.Two As removal columns and one dehydration column were added.After revamp,quality of purified propylene was improved and could meet requirements of polymerization.PP plant could run steadily and PP quality was satisfactory.Amount of PP catalyst and activating agent consumed lower.
