高水材料充填置换开采承压水上条带煤柱的理论研究

摘    要:针对山东埠村煤矿911采区开采条件,提出了利用高水材料充填方法对承压含水层上已经开采的条带煤柱进行二次置换开采的技术思路。从充填体稳定性以及置换充填开采对底板破坏的影响等方面分析了其技术可行性,确定了采区高水材料充填置换开采承压水上条带煤柱的合理方案,即首先对条带老采空区(平均采宽15 m)进行充填,待其充填体强度达2.2 MPa后对条带煤柱(平均留宽20 m)进行回收,回收过程中每间隔一个条带煤柱进行一次充填,该方案共需要充填体体积占采区采出煤层体积的65.6%。
