夹皮沟金矿选矿厂技术改造与生产实践

摘    要:对夹皮沟金矿选矿厂进行了技术改造,由重选—浮选—浮选金精矿氰化炭浸工艺改造成全泥氰化炭浸提金工艺。生产实践表明:改进工艺实际生产指标金回收率高于原生产指标4.94%,且与国内外同类矿山相比,其生产指标处于国际领先水平。全泥氰化炭浸提金工艺设计合理、指标先进,降低了生产成本,并使大量低品位金矿资源得到了充分利用,企业取得了较好的经济效益。

Abstract:Renovation of the ore processing plant in Jiapigou gold mine was carried out where previous gravity-rio- tation-CIP process was transformed to a whole ore cyanidation-CIP process. Operation shows that the process obtains a production index 4.94 % higher than the previous one does and that compared to mines of the same type, the index takes the leading place. The whole ore cyanidation-CIP process is a proper design with advanced index. It saves pro- duction cost and makes full use of low-grade gold resources, offering considerable economical benefits to enterprises.
