从含铜废水中萃取回收铜工艺研究

摘    要:采用ZJ988萃取剂,从铜质量浓度1.3~2.5 g/L的废水中萃取回收铜,研究了试液pH值、萃取剂体积分数、相比、萃取时间对铜萃取率的影响,考察了稀硫酸质量浓度对洗涤效果的影响。试验结果表明,ZJ988萃取剂对铜有很好的选择性,得出了萃取和洗涤的最佳工艺条件:试液pH值为2.0,萃取剂体积分数为15%,相比(O/A)为1∶1,萃取时间为3 min,洗涤液为6 g/L的稀硫酸。

Abstract:Copper was extracted and recovered from the copper contained waste water with the concentration of 1.3 - 2.5 g/L by using ZJ988. The pH value of the solution, extractant concentration, phase rate and extraction time, and their effects on the extraction of copper were studied as well as the effect sulfuric acid concentration has on the washing. The results showed that ZJ988 extractant had a good selectivity to copper. The optimum process conditions of extraction and washing were as follows : the pH value of solution was 2.0, the volume concentration of extractant was 15 % ,the phase rate(O/A) was 1:1 ,the extraction time was 3 min,and the washing solution was sulfuric acid with the concentration of 6 g/L.
