| 摘 要： | 综述了模内组装技术的原理、应注意的问题、研究现状及应用领域,展望了该技术的发展前景。该技术具有高度的自动化,省去了塑料件的二次加工,在模具内部完成组装过程,一次性成型整体制品。该技术作为注射成型技术发展的新方向,具有广阔的应用前景和优势。不仅可以减少对人工和厂房的需求,提高生产效率,同时还可以成型常规方法不能生产的制品。
