摘    要:利用Axios XRF型X射线荧光光谱仪的全自动顺序扫描功能,以及经验校正和基体校正技术,建立了测定区域地质矿产调查样品中46种元素/组分的分析方法。粉末样品以电热熔融法制成玻璃片状,选择最佳仪器工作条件,通过对国家一级标准物质GBW 07401(GSS—1)进行检测,各元素/组分的测定值与标准值相符,测定结果的均方根值(RMS,n=12)小于1.0%。

Abstract:A determination method of d6 elements in regional geochemistry survey samples was developed based on the automatic sequential scanning function of Axios XRF Spectrometer as well as EA and FP techniques. The powder samples were turned to fuse piece using electrically heated fusion method and the optimal working conditions were selected. Com- pared to the national reference material GBW 07401 (GSS -1 ), the statistical results showed that RMS (n = 12) was less than 1.0 % ,indicating a consistent result.
