机械损伤检测传感器的设计

摘    要:利用磁致弹性效应和电磁感应原理,设计了一种机械损伤检测传感器,详细地描述了传感器激励端和接收端测量电路的设计及传感器的软件设计,并对传感器的影响因素进行了分析.结果表明,该传感器可对凹陷和凿痕两种典型机械损伤进行有效的识别.非线性谐波传感器具有小型化、低噪声、低功耗等优点,可望实现管道机械损伤的在线检测.

Abstract:With the fundamental principle of magnet-elastic effect and electromagnetic induction,a sensor for mechanical damage inspection was designed.The design of measuring circuit and software was explained. The factors of influencing signal accuracy were analyzed.The experimental results show that the sensor can characterize mechanical damage such as gouges or dents effectively.Furthermore,the NLH sensor has such advantages as miniaturization,low noise and low power consumption, which is suitable for on-line inspection for mechanical damage in pipelines.
