摘    要:分散度是胶料的重要性能标准,本文通过对全钢胎面胶配方实验数据的整理,进一步分析了炭黑分散度对胶料物理机械性能的影响,总结出隐藏在外部因素干扰下的影响规律:分散度越好全钢胎面胶的物理机械性能就越好。

Abstract:The dispersion is a major standard of compound performance,this article through collection of tread compound recipe experimental data,further analyzed the effect of carbon black dispersion on the physical and mechanical properties of compound,summed up the impact law hidden in the interference of external factors:the better dispersion,the better physical and mechanical properties of tread compound with wires.
