| 摘 要： | 大法坪砂石加工系统是为龙滩水电站大坝和围堰工程混凝土浇筑所需人工砂石骨料，该系统可同时供应碾压混凝土及常态混凝土需用砂石骨料，是龙滩水电站混凝土施工的重要“粮仓”。该文主要介绍：系统的平面布置、加工工艺流程、设备配置、系统建设、质量控制、生产能力等情况。通过砂石加工系统投产运行以来的检验，系统布置是合理、紧凑的，工艺满足混凝土用料生产要求，设备造型合理，结构设计稳定可靠，满足了大坝混凝土高峰浇筑强度要求。

| Abstract: | As an important supplier for concrete construction at Longtan Hydropower Station, Dafaping aggregate processing system supplies artificial aggregates not only necessary for concrete pouring of dam and coffer dam but also needed by RCC and normal concrete, This paper mainly covers such topics as plane layout, technological flow of processing, equipment configuration, system construction, quality control, and productivity of the system. |
