摘    要:Ag11In12 Te2 6Sb51相变光盘的反射率对比度和信噪比受初始化条件影响很大。研究表明 ,反射率对比度基本随功率增加而增大 ,随转速增加而减小 ,不同波长处的反射率对比度相差比较大 ;信噪比随初始化功率和转速的增加都是先增大后减小 ;最佳初始化条件为 :功率为1 30 0~ 1 5 0 0 m W,转速为 3.6~ 4.8m/s。

Abstract:The initialization conditions have great effect on the reflectivity contrast and CNR of Ag 11 In 12 Te 26 Sb 51 phase change optical disk.It is indicated that the reflectivity contrast increases as the initialization power increases and decreases as the initialization velocity increases.Also the reflectivity contrast is very different when the measurement wavelength ranges from 400 to 900nm.The CRN of Ag 11 In 12 Te 26 Sb 51 phase change optical disk first increases and then decreases when the initialization power and velocity increase.The most favorable initialization conditions are those that power ranges from 1300 to 1500mW and velocity ranges from 3.6 to 4.8m/s.
