| 摘 要： | 通过总结华润电力(锦州)有限公司670t/h锅炉水冷壁近几年来带压堵漏的生产运行实践经验,给出了针对不同部位及漏泄特点的带压堵漏技术。使用技术可在不停炉甚至不降负荷的情况下将漏泄点堵住并保证锅炉长期安全稳定运行,从而避免机组停运造成经济损失。

| Abstract: | Based on the practicing of plugging flow with press technology of 670 t/h boiler water-cooled wall in Huarun Jinzhou Power Generation Co.,Ltd these years,this paper summarizes the characteristic of plugging flow with press technology for different parts.This technology can plug flow when the boiler is running.It can even plug flow without load shedding.So it ensures the safety of boiler,avoids the economic lose caused by the stop running of the unit. |
