层次分析法及其在人才招聘中的应用

摘    要:通过建立层次结构,构造成对比较矩阵,计算权向量并做一致性检验,计算组合权向量并做组合一致性检验,计算出各个因素的权重,从而构造出层次分析法模型。并用层次分析法解决实际问题———工作人员的招聘,得到各因素在应聘者综合情况中的权重,从而对各应聘者的分数排名,该模型使工作人员的招聘更加客观、准确、系统、有效。

Abstract:This paper establishes a hierarchy,structural pair-wise comparison matrix,calculates the weight of vectors and does the consistency test,calculates the weight of combinatorial vectors and does the combinatorial consistency check,calculates the weight of each factor to construct the AHP model,and uses AHP to solve practical problems——staff recruitment,gets the weight of all factors in the candidates comprehensive case and a score ranking for all candidates.The model can make the recruitment of staff more objective,accurate,systematic and effective.
